Prices information:

These are net prices per holiday flat.
Children up to 3 years are free.
Minimum stay in the low season is 5 nights and in the high season 7 nights.
Final cleaning incl. VAT € 110,-
The tourist tax of € 2.80 per person (from 16 years) / per night is added to the price.

Cancellation conditions::

No cancellation before 3 months
90 days before arrival: 40%
Between three months and two months before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total price.
60 days before arrival: 70%
From two months to one month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price.
30 days before arrival: 100%
In the last month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
